Expert Fermenter Angela Patterson of Angelhoeve Farm will lead the Community Culture Swap. Bring your ferments to share with the community and extra scobys (Symbiotic Culture of Bacteria & Yeast) to share/swap.
Ann Huntley of Moon Tide Farm will be on site from 10:30am - noon to share information on how to ferment vegetables, talk about Moon Tide Farm’s Fish Fertilizer as well as share info on upcoming fermentation workshops.
