It is Acadia Night at the market on Wednesday, November 25th, 4-7pm!   Please come and meet students, faculty and staff from one of the country’s top educational institutions while enjoying a Market Supper and getting your mid-week top up.   Professors will answer questions about their research.   Students will share information about their projects and community initiatives.   Student groups from the Wong International Centre, Acadia Axetreme Cheer, Kinderskills and Chemistry Club will be offering activities for the kids (from teaching kids tricks, to doing crafts, making slime and teaching origami) and the Society Of Acadia Music Students will be performing live. Wed December 2, 4 pm - 7 pm

As part of our regular Wednesday evening Market with 30 vendors and a Market Supper join us for our Vintage Bazaar with Daisy Roots Vintage, In.Formation and No Faux where we will be featuring Vintage clothing and Conscious Couture! Come in your own vintage attire or use the tickle trunk and have a photo taken in the Photo Booth. Try on some
experienced fashion, and take home history you can wear.

Sat December 5, 8:30 am - 1 pm

You will have a chance to win your Christmas wish list while supporting the Wolfville Food Bank. That’s right, Get Un-Scrooged is back once again! The cast of Wolfville's Gravely Ghost Walks will be roaming the Market, selling ballots for $5 (all proceeds go to the Wolfville Area Food Bank). Fill out your ballot by indicating up to 15 participating vendors that you’d like to win gifts from. A ballot will be drawn at 10am on Saturday (December 14th), and the winner will win their entire wish list! You could win up to $400 in fantastic Market gifts while helping out local families who rely on the Food Bank throughout the year.

This Saturday, the Wolfville Farmers’ Market hosts it’s annual Yuletude Market to celebrate the spirit of the tradition where families and friends gather for a warm and cheery celebration. Children are welcome to create a Yule log and everyone can try a delectable piece of celebratory Yule log cake by Gourmandises Avenue. This holiday season, keep your gift dollars in the community and support local artisans, farmers and food producers.

Join us for a cozy evening to celebrate the holiday season at the last Wednesday Market of 2014. The Market will offer an array of beautiful handmade creations and a scrumptious holiday menu. Whether shopping or dining, this is the perfect way to celebrate the warmth of community, support locally made, eat local and embrace all that is offered in the community that you may live, work or play in.
